From 2019–2025, I partnered with LMNT through its earliest stages, shaping its authority engine and early “stay salty” messaging. My work helped LMNT expand into one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the country.

Developed core messaging
Clear positioning across hydration, sodium science, and metabolic health. - Led analysis to define LMNT’s compliance territory
Electrolyte science research on what the brand could say on packaging and in marketing. -
Guided landing page and email strategy
Strategic direction for LMNT’s internal team and affiliate network. -
Shaped social and influencer campaigns
Including “Salt Awareness Week,” which reached hundreds of thousands. -
Provided ongoing strategic guidance
Advised across education and brand authority development.
Results
LMNT grew 5x and tripled traffic every year since 2019 on its way to a $200M valuation. My content and strategy work helped build the system behind that growth.
